Leaving the hotel

The front desk calls no one: the guest orders on their own, when leaving, from the hotel’s QR code.

  1. Display the QR code at the front desk

On the counter or at the concierge. Each hotel in a group has its own.

  2. The guest enters a destination

Airport, station, trade fair or restaurant: they enter their first name and phone number and see the estimated price before confirming.

  3. A vetted driver accepts

First name, vehicle and plate are shown; the guest follows the driver’s arrival and can call them.

  4. The guest pays the driver

In cash or by card, directly. The PDF ride receipt works as proof, for an expense claim for instance.

For an arrival, the front desk schedules

A guest landing at Saint-Exupéry or arriving at Part-Dieu by train? From the dashboard, the front desk schedules the pick-up and the driver brings the guest to the hotel.

  • Guest’s first name and phone number, pick-up address, time, and the hotel to bring them to.
  • A reminder, then a last-moment alert to send the driver on time.
  • The “Send a taxi” button passes the ride to vetted drivers near the guest.
  • A Boojey ride like any other: the hotel earns 5% of its price.

The driver is not booked in advance: the request goes out when the front desk sends it.
